About your booking
How can I buy tickets or vouchers?
Tickets and vouchers can be purchased either by calling +49 (0)89 - 255 493 70 or in our ticket shop.
How early do I have to book?
The earlier you make your booking, the greater the likelihood that seats will be available on your preferred date.
You can find out if tickets are available for your preferred date conveniently and at any time in our online shop.
Can I book specific seats?
Only if you book an exclusive table can we guarantee a table for just you and your guests alone; if you book a Mountain table or the Royal Box you know exactly where in the tent you will be sitting on the night of the show.
If you just book a simple ticket, you cannot reserve specific seats. We would be happy to make a note of your preferred table at the time of booking and will try to bear this in mind when allocating seats. However, we cannot guarantee that you will get a specific table – unless you book an exclusive table.
What is the difference between the categories?
In our top Deluxe category, we guarantee that you will not have a restricted view of the stage caused by the tent pillars. The seats in this category are either in the interior, in the first row, or in our Royal Box. The Deluxe category is suitable for all kinds of groups.
The Platinum category is suitable for guests who might prefer to watch the show from the cozy outer box ring. You sit elevated on upholstered U-shaped benches, which can accommodate up to 7 people per table. In the Platinum category, you may have a slightly restricted view due to the tent pillars.
The Gold category is in the first ring around the interior. Here, you sit slightly raised compared to the stage, at rectangular tables seating a maximum of 8. In the Gold category, you may have a slightly restricted view. This category is suitable for wheelchair users if arranged by phone.
How serious are the visibility restrictions mentioned in the Gold and Platinum categories?
Given the special spiegeltent construction, the tent pillars are a necessary structural element. In the Gold category, these supporting pillars may be right in front of the tables; in the Platinum category, they are a little further away from the tables. But since the artists are very dynamic and expansive, the tent columns will only ever be partially in the way. Nevertheless, when booking a ticket in the Gold and Platinum categories you should expect to have a somewhat restricted view due to the tent pillars.
If you do not want to have a restricted view due to the tent pillars, we recommend booking the Deluxe category.
Can you guarantee that we will all be sitting at the same table?
As a general rule, if possible, groups are seated together within the same category, with other guests at the same table or at adjacent tables, depending on the number of people. However, we cannot guarantee that you will get a specific table – unless you book an exclusive table.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
In theory, yes, but only if there are still places available. If available at the box office, tickets can be paid for in cash, by EC card or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). You're welcome to call us in advance to find out if there are any tickets left for a certain night.
Are there any special arrangements for people celebrating birthdays or anniversaries?
We can make special arrangements for anyone celebrating a birthday or anniversary. This includes a small cake, a bunch of flowers, and a birthday song.
Can vouchers from the earlier seasons be redeemed?
Vouchers purchased from our ticket shop can be redeemed within 3 years of purchase. We would be happy to check the validity of your voucher for you; please send us the voucher IDs.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Current vouchers can be conveniently redeemed online in our ticket shop. If you have vouchers issued before May 1, 2023, please contact us by phone. Please have your voucher IDs ready for assistance.

Your evening in the teatro spiegeltent
What time does the show start?
Shows at teatro begin at 7 pm Monday through Saturday and at 6 pm on Sundays and public holidays. Doors to the spiegeltent open 90 minutes before the show begins. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show.
When should I get there?
We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show. To ensure you can have a relaxed start to the evening, the foyer and bar will be open for you 90 minutes before the start of the show.
Is there a dress code?
In keeping with the elegant ambience of the teatro spiegeltent, we recommend wearing smart evening wear. You're also welcome to wear traditional attire. Feel free to dress up!
Is there parking available on site?
VIP parking spaces located directly in front of the spiegeltent can be booked by phone – even after you've booked your tickets – for only € 10 per car. Free parking is available on the street and behind the spiegeltent.
Can I get a better table if I come earlier?
No. The seats within the booked category will be allocated in advance by the evening hosts. You are free to choose your own seat at the table itself.
How do I find my table?
You will be given your table number at the entrance. Our service staff would be happy to accompany you to your seats.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts about 3.5 hours. After the show, you can round off the evening in style either at your table or at the bar in the foyer.
Does the menu change over the course of the season?
Alfons Schuhbeck reserves the right to adjust the menu as and when necessary. You can look at the current menu under "dining" at any time.
Do you offer alternative menus for vegetarians, children, or allergy sufferers?
We created a meat-free and fish-free menu for vegetarians, as well as a menu suitable for vegans. Of course, we take into account any food intolerances or allergies upon reservation and offer a children's menu for our little guests. We also serve a menu suitable for pregnant women. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements when booking, but no later than 48 hours before the event. The current menus can be found under "dining".
What do the drinks packages include?
Details about our various drinks packages can be found here. If you book our extensive evening drinks packages, you won't have to worry about a thing all evening – simply sit back and enjoy the all-round experience. Our drinks packages can be booked by phone up until the start of the show, or with the help of the entrance staff at the spiegeltent.
How do I pay for the drinks I order on the evening of the event?
If you didn't book one of our drinks packages in addition to your tickets, you can simply order your drinks à la carte on the evening and then pay for them in cash, by EC card or credit card at the end of the event.
