Alfons Schuhbeck knows that the requirements for a dinner show menu are quite special. Only with consistent quality, outstanding ingredients, creativity, and enjoyment can we guarantee the success of a menu at this high level. Each season, Schuhbeck and his team do their utmost to provide guests with an evening full of culinary delights.
In 1983, Schuhbeck was honored for his culinary artistry with a Michelin star, which he has held ever since. The GaultMillau gourmet guide named Schuhbeck as the Chef of the Year in 1989 and awarded his cooking school the top cooking school prize in 2008. Schuhbeck's team has been cooking at the Munich Platzl since 2003. In addition to his restaurants, he also runs an ice cream parlor, a teashop, and, wholeheartedly and with great passion, a multi-story spice shop in the historic center of Munich.
